IAMPL is a very good company and work environment. It is extremely good to achieve customer requirements and customer specifications And IAMPL is wonderful manufacturing process sequences and self certified operators and Quality Assurance wrt QMS (Quality MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) MES System

I like about the latest cutting edge technology available in the facility to learn about manufacturing and also contribute towards the company. Since IAMPL produces products for Civil aerospace engines, work is challenging

So many politics in company , team mates are superb and approachable , job security is doudtful for a fresher

The way they treat engineers even when they are freshers , correct work is not given to freshers to get some knowledge all maintanence stuff cleaning parts this kind of job is given to engineers from which no knowledge can be gained
