Work life balance is acknowledged but it is in your hand, how do you maintain it. The tech is outsourced so you have to manage the vendors which sometime gets challanging.

MD is knowledgeable and fantastic seeing the ideas from him. He is the best in the industry in terms for leading. Surprising he hasn't been poached yet by a huge company. Culture is good but cna be better. Learning curve is good

Lot of politics and hence lot of good people left. Only chosen few get hikes. Upper management not in touch with employees views on the same considering the organisation bus very flat. HR needs to listen more to employees
