Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is nothing to like about the company it's a Greatest fraud company i have ever seen, the management are full of illiterate people wheather it's GM, ZSM, RSM or AFM are batawlabaaz full of politics they will make you see your carrier in the sky...but suddenly they will pull your legs like Monkey... The Company is full of Dislikes They will not pay proper salary they will provide 10k to 12k per month and they deduct your salary 2k to 3k every month showing you that you are culprit and not doing any work wheather you give your life in this company....the management are fraud and kamchor they even don't know the S of Sales, if you would like to about this company do visit Asansol West Bengal you will get a proper review of this company from every MR that it's a fraud company
