salary scale of employees are messy.highly qualified and experienced employees have lower salary than the low experienced ,lower qualified employees

There's nothing good about this company. Total waste.

I was the only employee there. During interview the owner of the company lied to me, said they are shifting that's the reason the office is closed. But turned out that I was the only staff there. It was a small rented room without any toilet and basic aminities. It's a one man show kinda office. The owner and his wife handle everything. They had no knowledge of the subject. And were completely dependant on the supporting staff; i.e. designer, carpenter, painter, electrician, etc. If you say that sun rises from the north, they'll believe that only. No scope of progress or learning. Both Anupam Chakrabarty ( owner ) and his wife Sreema Dey Chakrabarty would stay at home, only before any client meeting, they would come & take me to the meeting. Once the meeting was over they would drop me at office and head home. As they had zero knowledge in designing they'll always took me along with them as they feared that if client asks something, they won't be able to answer. So it was really difficult for me to take a day off. I had to work even if I was terribly sick. They had some contacts with JustDial (a close friend of the owner), they have managed some good ratings there to lure clients as well as employees. They have bribed their way into being in the top position on the search engine. They would copy other people's designing and tag them as theirs. They have even stolen my multiple designs without my consent. Both of them are liers. Tremendously unpunctual. They can't even speak English properly. The owner also has some character issues. The environment is not safe at all. They haven't even done my F&F.
