...31 they will calculate this as a half day. I think square yards has a army rule. After all this mess they will deduct your salary without any reason then obviously you will ask your HR but they are even they are not aware about anything. And one more thing about this company you have to wear a square yards T-shirt and you have to pay 500 rs for the t shirt. And for site visit also you have to pay from your pocket.

...their grasping capabilities. Horrible work culture. They lie during interviews. You need to pay for leads and you need to pay for any sort of travel. They will destroy your mental peace and treat you like shit. Absolutely disgusting.

Nothing to be liked about this company as there are just negatives, interviews occurs each and everyday as they know that no one's gonna like this company work culture. Shame in the name of MNC

My experience with this firm was terrible. They hired me as a senior interior designer & made us responsible for making cold calls for daily to meet targets, if didn't achieve they'll fire the candidate within a month. It felt like a telemarketing job and it was. They misled me during the interview, and I felt undervalued. I strongly advise against considering this company. They don't even consider passion & costumer satisfaction, the numbers are to be met and the performance is evaluated on the basis of targets only which they never mention in the JD or interview

Everything like culture, growth, trust etc. even though it’s a MNC but is a family running company, heading by inexperienced person who is very biased. They hire you only if you can poach your team members from your previous company, later she will take your strong people away from your team and force you to leave your job. Very pathetic and worst people. Especially ladies who recently got married or planning for children. Plz plz don’t think about this company.
