Not growth of future, and salary is also not growing and management is also not good , and not secure job

...gement is transferred. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management don't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...in that company be ready for hanging yourself because no one is supportive here. They play only blame game in internal department & HR's are only for scam in your salary & CTC packages. The office time is 9am to 6:30 but they also work in midnight & even saturday and Sunday. Office politics are very high and Human resources management employees have only 2 years experience and they are Deputy manager here

Higher management & HR Management are so worst ever, They try to get review from their employees to set a good reputation but reality is very worst. Even if you join this organisation please be ready to hanging yourself because all policies are show only on paper even they scam in CTC packages and lured employees in starting to show 5 days working & Flexible timings but Reality is so worst. I have totally 4 years of experience in this organization and I gave a honest review on that.

If you want to learn new technologies then it is best company, compensation is average. company policies are very bad. working hours is 9.5 hours. sandwich system for weekend leave. no canteen, 30 mint of lunch only. work pressure is very high. No management hierarchy. No outside trip, no late coming after 9 AM otherwise half day will mark (occur more than 3 days in months). it means if you enter in the office at 9 then you will be leaving only after 6:30. No joining bonus, No referral benefits, accommodation is not provided when you join , No relocation allowance.

The company is good, the work experience here is good, there is a lot to learn.

There is no holiday for employee. And the salary never comes properly, there are only 15 holidays in the whole year, career growth is only for those who are flattered.I believe that the company is good but the management is bad. and yes the timing here is very bad 7:30 am
