I have enjoy working in intercontinental hotel Nairobi. it is a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoy going to work each morning. but I feel am not challenge enough at the job

Duty hours is moderate compare to other hotels, there is space for innovation and opportunities to develop new things.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Upper management is very poor, no work ethnics and policies, total dictatorship, doesn't follow any culture and policies of the brand 'Intercontinental'. No team outing, annual day or any kind of staff welfare.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
