- At times less work pressure. - Rarely bonus is given which is monthly salary. - Few people helping nature is good.

...by CEO of company. - Founder is long gone and gives 0 interest about employees. - Low salary - No job security at all . If you join here for sake of only work, you’re totally wrong about it. They would fire you easily giving reasons out of no where. - No good growth here , people rarely learn anything (self learn is the only way) - They have so many ways to deduct pay from employees only thats the policy and guidelines.
