Salary is the biggest issue experience people not getting pay as per there experience and freshers are getting more pay then experienced one..management Can.t Retain experience recruiters as per the staff of 1200 employees hardly 80 to 100 people are stable

Salary is less in comparison to other competitors, envidious favoritism in terms of promotions and everything. Company doesn't treat every employee equally. There is no work life balance. No work from home flexibility. Services are degrading day by day.

All over good but i am talking special IT department this is not good, because there is no any rules and regulations for work no understanding of employees only and only leaders can force to new employee. Somil buch when left the IMS and grow automatically company. IT special remove somil buch and higher new person so well and good , just checking how meny IT person left the in short time ask to special reason.

IT special somil buch is wrong men, he is totally doing partially between new employee and old employee. Partiality is dislike bharat sharma ,vipul prajapati both are right and left hend of somil buch so never give work to both of them.
