...ple at the lower end difficult. No work-life balance. 15 hour shifts are common. But they pay reasonably good.

Given access to Linkedin learning, but not allowed to practice what you have learned.

No Appraisals for the financial year 24_24. Despite serving various marketing domains you won't be given opportunities to upscale or have hands on exposure to other department

No new technologies to work with, company is dependent on all free tools available in the market. Too biased, though manager recognises hard work, but top management doens't. Company takes care of employees who are there with the company for years even if they do not work at all. But for someone who works their hass off, its no place to be.

work-life balance is absent occasionally. feedback is usually shared once a year.
