...ple at the lower end difficult. No work-life balance. 15 hour shifts are common. But they pay reasonably good.

...nues has been of a great support to the employees during the Covid-19 situation. No one was asked to leave and there was no salary cut. Complete Job Security in this phase. Learning and Development was organised by the company to improve the skills during the lockdown

More interaction between the teams should be there. And this should be done among all the teams across locations for better knowledge and sharing if ideas

No Appraisals for the financial year 24_24. Despite serving various marketing domains you won't be given opportunities to upscale or have hands on exposure to other department

Open door policy. Good learning. Good increments.

Dislikes

No new technologies to work with, company is dependent on all free tools available in the market. Too biased, though manager recognises hard work, but top management doens't. Company takes care of employees who are there with the company for years even if they do not work at all. But for someone who works their hass off, its no place to be.

people's culture is great. people are understanding and empathetic. approachable leaders. opportunities for growth.

work-life balance is absent occasionally. feedback is usually shared once a year.
