This company will give you 0 knowledge because their seniors als have 0 knowledge regarding IP. Their seniors and so called team leaders will play politics against you as they are jealous of everyone. You will not get to learn anything in Intense IP.

Dislikes

Everything which compromises office culture. I dislike the seniors and team leaders over there. I dislike the quality of training that is provided by seniors over there. I dislike the politics that is played against every new employee over there. Instead of making a new person actually learn and teach things about IPR, this factor is absolutely 0. Senior/Team Leaders pitch against you to the Director and management.

The company provide good basic knowledge. Limited knowledge. I love the facts that good team mate are there. I enjoy working in the company because of the employee. You can expect a boss but not a leader. You will not have any additional benefits. Flexibility is there but you will be monitored all the time. Indirect ways of saying things. Higher authorities do bitching instead of clearly pointing out.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No appraise or applaud. No ethics. No discipline. No procedure. Client is client we are to earn money behaviour.
