...ad to shut down of entire Pranam operations. The job security is terribly none.. They did not pay my entire veriable pay. The same happened with many others teammates, Senior managers as well.

The decision making skills of upper management. The plan projections. Hiring the poor quality senior leaders. Job security is none. No work no plan. Entire Pranam.ai was fraudly build on investors money to fool them.

For a Software Engineer, there is nothing new which you'll learn here. They'll make you do no-brainer tasks and you'll end up wasting your time, having nothing to show as experience.

Environment is friendly. The best thing is that if you want to learn something you can internally switch your technology by requesting to your manager.

Dislikes

Sometimes work life balance get messed up and this time our appraisals and bonuses are late by 8 months.

There is nothing to like about the company.

They don't have work. Forged transection sheets to raise funds.. But not having enough knowledge to streamline it.. Hence many things were unorganised inside the company.

If we raise any issues, HR Dept. responds Immediately for employees. Conducted very good training sessions on Quality, Sales, HR App. and other Applications.

Dislikes

Giving more preference for Non F&V field candidates. At least minimum experience should be their. Not given more support for experienced candidates.
