Professional growth is given the utmost importance and helps us have the right work life balance. The company culture differentiates itself from all the other companies.

There isn’t anything that I dislike. Rather the work culture at Intellixaa doesn’t make me have my Monday Blues.

I'm consistently amazed by everyone in Intellixaa... Genuinely this platform of Intellixaa in Growth, Performance and much more to say it may take the whole day saying the positivity in this company... Overall my experience I felt in these three months the best ever decision to be a part of Intellixaa and to be known as an Intellixans😊.. Proud to be with this whole team. Management is very welcoming and always open to make changes for the better. One is very motivated to do their best as there is a great culture built through various team building activities consistently.

Good work environment and culture. Excellent work life balance with great benefits. The team really care about the employees and their well being. Appraisals are done on a yearly basis and it is quite fair .

Clear vision of Growth and great strategies by the Directors. More important is that Employees have been always in there Comfort Zone which make our work Easy. Great Place to work.

As it is Growing Organisation we lack few things but i strongly believe we will cover all the Gaps.
