Everything. They will ask for your bank statement every month.(Why?). Whatever you want to do, do with salary slip.

Salary was good. Cuttings are less...Everything else is take home.

Dislikes

Lack of standard process. Abrupt decisions . Lack of proper planning. Limited clients. Very few projects. Until you are in a project you are safe and royal treatment will be there. Once you are out of the project you are dead and gone. If the project is closed due to any issue i.e., no Involvement of you, still you would be made as a scapegoat.

...company without any futher intimation mainly HR Prerna and Manager Ashok Bhavra. These people fooled me, they gave me the assurance that I will get salary for the days I worked (35 days) and asked me to return company assets, but now they were giving some false reasons and not paying my salary and also experience letter as well. My colleagues also facing the same situation in that client(Walmart) project, even they also didn't get salary and other benifits too. Management kindly take strict action on HR Prerna and Manager Ashok Bhavra. Dear job seekers don't waste your time by joining this company. Think before joining here.

...ent support , toxic culture with toxic managers . It's a pathetic place to work.always ask extend to work extra with no compensation.

Salary credited on time. Other teams are good but in my case I got worst team

Tech Lead and manager has no vulnerability to speak with co workers.. no work life balance. Manager is calling mid night 1 am and asking for status of task which is completed and handover to person and after not picking call asking the reason. Very arrogant attitude and so manipulative. Company is okay but some team has very toxic work culture. If you are in client project then only work other wise don't work in any interswift internal team.
