... ever. Such people with no humanity and no conscience should be filed a case on. Deduction of fixed salary every month despite performance, holding incentives just to have some leverage on the employee. Biggest scam in Ed tech industry. The AVP and senior managers literally use abusive words and treat their inferiors like shit. Favouritism is the worst thing here, as they only even look at you if you do favours

... care of your mental health by serving good snack, music, games and refreshment. HR policy is much better than other companies, you always receive your salary on time, you can claim your insurance without any hassle, incentives are processed as promised, etc. Good place for growth.
