Nothing to like here. It is a total scam company. Tell to all the Training and placement department of the college not to bring this company in our campus and don't tell your students to go for this company they are telling your 1 month salary will be getting in 4 month before 4 month they pressure you more and trying to remove you so they are not paying any thing to you. All HR are useless there they are not having a knowledge how to talk with other. BHARGAVI HR is main there she is very rubbish in talking and making fool.

... placements. All the IIT mentor are fake they are just private college pass out. The company doesn't have a base salary to pay to the employee they will just cut you salary and tell you you call time was less then 2 hours 30 minutes. The main thing you will be working here for more then 12 hours. For the freshers they are giving closed lead more then 1 year ago and giving pressure to do the sale and they are just irritating the customer by calling. They are providing salary of 1 month in 4 month and they will fire 95% of the freshers telling that you are not good fit at this role and they are not give the employee salary also. That BHARGAVI HR is there she is telling 1000 people are working here how can we provide salary to everyone. They are hiring in bulk and after 1 month they will fire 95% of them. Do not work here and do not take any course from the intelliapaat. I have taken the leave and then I become sick so they remove me from all the intelliapaat groups and the n they send me the mail of absconded and when I go to the office and shared the medical bill, medical certificate, medical prescription, them also they remove and not have paid my first month salary. They are cutting the employee salary they are not giving you the sick leave also. The work culture is not good here one guy is there who used to where Sun Glasses in office everytime comping and shouting on the manager and fresher regarding the sales. They are taking rubbish with the employe. From the heart I will I am telling don't join this organisation.

It was totally scam They will hire you and in offer letter they will write you will get salary after 2 months And when you will join the company, they will give you too much pressure so that you leave before 2 month and you will get nothing Don't join it......

...eshers by seeing the ctc don’t join the company as this the biggest scam…. They will cut your salary without any reason…Will give you a lot of pressure even if you are new joinee you don’t have any respect over there….. the timing are the worst never think go home before 11pm even for the girls the timings are same…. Also in the month end you have to work 13+ hours and no Sundays off are there…. So just think wisely and if you love to just ruin your lyf then only join the company otherwise just wait for few weeks more and find a suitable job but not this company.

Nothing about the company is to be liked. This company is a big scam and even after so many bad reviews they won't improve even a single percent.

...rced to work 12hours. On monthend day it is extended to 14-15 hours as well. 2. Offer letter in itself is a big scam as the package offered in the letter will be 7-9lpa but won't receive even 2lpa properly. They bulk hire people in the name of packages. 3. Incentive slab is a bluff as well. They write 4 lpa incentives but actually it's next to impossible to earn those 4. Managers have zero behaviourial skills . They are mannerless. Also the office politics is so bad. Managers are dating inside sales managers and favour them throughout. People who don't deserve a penny are getting 60-70k incentives because of dating managers. And people who actually work hard are getting nothing. 5. Manager and so called VP of the company doesn't know how to talk. He abuses customers , shouts on them and calls it sales technique. 6. People from company leave usually without notice because putting notice will make them go through enormous torture. As managers will torture them really badly and make that notice period a hell to go through. 7. Asking leave is like a crime here 8. The basic ethics of the company is disoriented as for money they can go to any level. Make fake commitment and what not. 9. Really bad HR policies- if anything is told junior HRs. They will say one thing only that the manager of the hr will know about it. I mean then why are the rest even working if they don't know basic hr policies. Also the head HR will give blunt replies and won't help u in anything. If any issue being told, she will directly convey whatever told to concerned manager and then the manager starts targetting you. 10. Growth is next to zero in the company. 11. They attact recent graduates by fake ads on indeed and all. And destroy their careers. 12. Life in Intellipaat is a hell and I can guarantee not even a single person likes intellipaat. 13. The managers will say whatever we learnt in the training should be forgotten as the trainer teaches stupid things(words of our managers) To survive in Intellipaat . One must becomes dogs to the managers, be a slave for 12-13 Hours, should not expect a good salary. As they promised on paper to give hike after 6 months and that's again a havoc. Also. They make u sign a document in hurry during training period which is a major red flag of the company. Stay beware of this scam called INTELLIPAAT.

Nothing much to tell specifically Its a nice place to learn and grow if you are under good manager and TL... that too for short term duration like 6 months intership experiance... Not preferable for long term relationship with this company. If you gone under worst Manager and TL means this company gonna show hell I am giving this suggestion to everyone who gonna join here for sales team right kindly don't look for BDA, Look for something better... Kindly dont come to sales department

...month, reaching the targets means you can survive here, or else direct fire. 5. after hiring the candidate within less then 1 month only they fired many freshers (to fire within one month only they will hold the 1st month salary so that release on 4th month bullshits) 6. They will show higher package in offer latter 5LPA + 4LPA variable so 9LPA and Starting 6 months will be trainee/Internship on those, dont fall for this trap because they will reduct the salary in name of pay of loss, plus for not reaching the monthly targets. finally you will get payment around 15k something based on Loss of pay 7. Not a positive environment to work here. (its toxic)
