They wil give an excuse that your project has not passed due to some errors which is not true actually they pay half of the amount of ypour salary and half of it they will say that project got rejected from the clients but if you keep your records then you will get to know their scam . Also the manager will not answer about the salary part and they will make you shift to Nepal or Bangladesh project . So do not waste your time in this . You have to give 12-13hrs to earn only 5000 . First two months they will give you some incentive amount but after that you wont be able to earn 3000 also.

I like office hour timing and also office environment and HR mangement is very helpful and supportive. and also we learn lot and develop our skills.

basic salary of this company is not good compared to other company.

Culture of innovation, They appreciate us and give us promotion for grow up as per performance.

The most dislike thing I'm facing that I hate about this company that they always paid late salary literally always. Some of the times it goes above 10 days delayed. I really disappointed with this and it's creates demotivation too.

company provides work from home option which is beneficial to employees who are unable to come to office.. also the behaviour of the seniors are quite good they are supportive and also the working enviornment is pleasant whether it is work from home or work from office.

Dislikes

salary issue is the major issue here. I hope the management will be more determined about the issue. According to the project payment is very low.
