...ill be changed time to time... U don't even know it... Worst leave policies.. When u r resigning in this company they will ask u to serve notice period asual in a requesting manner just like without you the team will won't run and they will agree to give you your experience and reliving letter along with the salary.... But after completing notice period they won't give you salary or any other experience or relieving letters, By saying something or the other. If you ask the hr about that... They will tell you to speak with the owner but won't give you appointment to meet him... Don't know who is playing the game but this is worst..

no proper office culture and structure no proper hike in salary and positions lowest salary for beginners unethical and one sided bond to be signed by the freshers and educational documents should be handovered to the management while joining company doesn't follow minimum wage act established by govt of india rude managers and team leads pretends to be a corporate structured company no work life balance company doesn't provide u with full and final settlement if u quit the job they are not ready to provide u with ur educational documents if u resign nor they are going to provide u with the work exp. letter
