Teammates culture is fine,There is 100% job security at Intelliber because they will not fire you they will just make your life hell but never tell you to leave, career growth is quite good depends on your ability, forgot about salary/appraisal, they have forced me to sign on a paper (will show when need) in that they clearly written things to hold the salary either you work very nicely or either you do not work, you have to beg for the salary but will return with an empty hand, no-travel, CEO J Ranjan is a bigger politician and makes everyone's life hell, work environment is good but CEO makes environment hell by abusing the employees, No Innovation Just a hybrid product development, work-life balance is a big big hell here, you will leave empty hand from here at last. Even I described real thing here, for that they already forced me to sign a paper written as "Company has legal rights to file a case against me if I says anything negatively" but its the truth I have written above

Everything I dislikes, It was a nightmare working at Intelliber just because of the CEO J Ranjan.
