Its been a great experience for me. Work culture is really nice and you will enjoy working in this organization. Also as it is a growing startup, you will learn a lot of things as you will have to come out of your comfort zone .

Dislikes

While my experience was really positive, I must address the issue of bonus. Despite working hard , the bonus structure often fall short of employees satisfaction. Improvement in transparency and fairness is needed to align with employees contribution.

Working with Intellemo for the past 1 year has been a fantastic experience. The company excels in providing an optimal work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth. The senior management is incredibly supportive, acknowledging our achievements while also assisting us during challenging times by identifying the areas for improvement. Being part of a startup entails facing various changes and I believe it's the best environment for professional growth. To summarize, I would confidently label Intellemo as the best place to work.

- Working environment was good. CEO is a nice person, where we can get to know or gather some technical knowledge as well.

Dislikes

- Appraisal, compesnsation. - No joy in working. There can be some fun element to motivate employees. - Give some opportunities to explore client interviews, do usability testing for product design, other than asking to do only the UI Part. - There should be a proper timeline to work on the testing part as well before launching something which is half-baked, which includes functionality as well as UI, because UI is something which makes people trust more.

The team is highly skilled and collaborative. Seniors are very supportive as they provide support and guidance whenever required. The company offers many growth opportunities. The Team offers a very wide range of learning for an individual in different fields. Great place to start with.

As such there is no cons but they should start having Fun Friday activities again.
