Working at Intellect Partners has been a positive experience. The company has a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and there's a good team spirit. I appreciate the opportunities to learn and grow In my role. While the work can be challenging at times, it's also very rewarding. The company seems to genuinely care about its employees, which I really value in a workplace.

Dislikes

While I appreciate the positive aspects of working at Intellect Partners, there are always areas for improvement. Occasionally, the workload can be quite demanding, leading to long hours. Additionally, the flexibility of timings makes up for it.

Likes

There is a lot to learn, specially for the ones who is starting his/her career. The company provides support at every step, mentors are always ready to help. Even the senior management is also included in training part. I must say this place is best for those who wants to learn and succed in their career.

The people who doesn't want to upskill, he/she can face challenges here.

I truly like this place, working here help me in learning a lot of things. Also when required I got the flexibility to work from home. Never asked any question when I need any leave whether it's PL/SL.

Dislikes

The only thing that may affect sometime is because of workload you may need to stretch the work hours.
