Worked with a very corporative team. Seniors were helpful and good mentors.

Dislikes

The company policies were not employee friendly. Few holidays, no proper compensation for working on weekends and policies for late coming were strict. Salary for fresher were very low.

...iven is no where related to it. Unachievable commmitments are given to clients . Big salary gap between long term existing employees and new joiners.HR should take care of long term serving employees.

...policy regarding claims and settlement of any expenses. Egoistic top management. No benefit to employees except salary . No diwali celebration . No motivation for employees to work on .

Pathetic work culture, micromanagement and pressure from senior management No fixed hour working Sat sun working most of the time Uncompetitive salary below par to market No proper work methodology e.g agile Infrastructure facilities are poor e.g we have to pay for parking. Please don't join this organisation.
