I like company culture plus it is very best to start career for freshers. HR arranges lot of sessions which are benificial for the employees and colleagues are also very supportive with each other.

Some of the seniors talk too harshly with juniors. They also sometimes try to dominate juniors and behave rudely.

Exposure in SAP. Hands on experience in coding in ABAP on Help Desk Different projects with cutting edge tech. Helping colleagues and seniors

Dislikes

Pathetic Work Life Balance. Managers don't care about privacy and call you anytime. Working even on weekends even as a support consultant. Harsh and rude behaviour sometimes. Appraisal is very bad.

The best part is you spend most of time on the system not on excel & preparing documents. working in intellect get the knowledge of your module plus over all about SAP. System is open you can explore new scenarios & technology.

Most of time they do not follow the protocols with the clients.

I started working here as a fresher and I had a really great time learning and working here ...as a fresher initially I had no much experience with my technical skills but eventually I was expert as I work hard and learned everything. Working in Intellect gave me alot of experience as a consultant and individually.. I gained a lot of experience, knowledge and good connections here.

Dislikes

I feel the HR team needs to set more of activities that make individual connect with cross functional teams...also intellect can provide more benefits for employees.
