Nothing to like. First they will hire you by making false hope ,then once their project is over, they will delay the salary ,then you will wait and again false hope by HR that we will give you soon ,there is some bank issue ,then different reason , then they will say we have budget issue, we are going through hard phase ,be with us. Then suddenly they will fire you without any second thought on the same day. Then day by day they will tell you will give your salary soon and then they will stop responding. Hence your career will have a sudden break with no salary which you have worked for.

Dislikes

The most saddest thing is that they do not have money to pay the due salary of employees, but they have money to inaugurate new office in Pune. Is it justifiable to your employees? Sad, but true.

I have been working in intelisync for more than 7 months now and the thing i like most about it is it's team collaboration I personally got a team thats very understanding and communicative we have been working for various web3 projects and learned alot in this journey.

Dislikes

Fast paced changes in web3, you'll have to keep upgrading and keep learning which can sometimes be overwelming. That said, this challenge is a significant learning opportunity.
