Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Just nothing.

Dislikes

...ekends. No benefit or incentive provided. Even they don't pay for weekend days. Starting salary for new comers is bellow 12k No job security, company have no good projects. Any time anyone could be fired. Terrible management and PMs, the only thing they know is blaming someone. Full of nepotism. Main part is if you reach to HR about anything they just do nothing with it.
