The culture is team basis but for me the team is pretty solid. Flexible hours as long as you wrap up work on time. There is appreciation for good work. There are opportunities to grow in the team as well as outside your org.

Dislikes

There is no appraisals since last year and still there is no proper communication. While the company has good job security, the additional perks are declining year by year.
