Stupid managers and seniors, the only thing good is the compensation (for beginners) and that the work culture isn't toxic. Expect managers and seniors who aren't helpful and would bully you for fun. Also they provide lunch and dinner in house so that's that.

... leave policy, etc unless they promote you to permanent presentation specialist. Even your salary will be less as compared to the permanent employees.

- Great for freshers - Great for learning - Free lunch from 1 pm to 3 pm - Nice work culture (Depends on the team)

- Poor Compensation - Limited Scope for development due to the Business Model - May not be optimal for extra ambitious people

As the profile is research related it helps you to gain so much knowledge on different industry sector .good for refreshers to Learn and get experience

You work way to much for less amount of salary also there is on work life balance because of the rotational shifts

It is very professional work experience in integreon and career growth is also good.

Salary structure is very low as compared to other's corporate in this field, and also the work-life balance is terrible, sleep cycle is very affected.
