I liked that there is work life balance . You get ample of time to prepare further for any other permanent government position . The scientist here will help you in this. If you show your interest you can learn a lot and get skilled in many areas.

Dislikes

The downside is that this is not the permanent position . How hard you work you wont make it to permanent position . you will be kicked out after 2 or 4 years (2 years JRF and 2 years of SRF). I am sorry to use the harsh word but this is the reality.

There is nothing points for dislike The organisation.only there is a bond of some years.
