The work environment and company culture are welcoming and collaborative, which made it easy to stay motivated and engaged. Director is experienced and knowledgeable person. Director and managers are helpful. Working time is fixed and also flexible (If required). This working hours is balance my personal and professional life. Office ambience is also good. If you are eager to learn new things then you can get the opportunities.

Management system , training, policies, no job security, 3d mananger behaviour, director behaviour very rude, they don't follow any rules and policies, bond, anytime they fired without any intimation, last month salary is not paid after fired, very strick timing, manager doesn't have any experience and knowledge to trained us. Director doing just business only.

The learning is really great as an engineer point of view. The HOD of tue company is really knowledgeable person. He will always support and guide you and not only make you a skillful person but will also transform you from a regular person to a good person. The company's connections and relationships with other major automobile companies in the industry is really good which will give you a great chance of getting a good knowledge and learning from them. The projects which comes under IST pvt ltd will also benefit you in lot of more than one ways. The skill which makes a person very intresting and proper behavioural aspects you'll get here. There are not much but if you do find any thing which will basically comes down to you level of understanding and coping problems, be the right person and better understanding guy and you'll get through anything.
