...there lead hr and that mangar operation hiring MR MM biggest fraud both of them. I did biggest blunder joining this company salary delayed incentive delayed office politics.Fraud dont go

...ative. Having one of the top clients of US. There are many things to learn here. Salary on time. Incentives structures are good. Manager is very cooperative. Overall, its a good company to start your career.

Dislikes

Salary is good, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Will affect your daily routine due to shift timings. HR Manager becomes rude sometime which is not accepted in any professional culture.

Too much micro management It's NOT A COMPANY ITS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS Salary deduction if you came late for 2 minutes or more. Appraisal is delayed more than 5-6 months arrear amount (appraisal amount) will receive in EMI
