No work life balance. You can't think about your family. Salary and benefits are not satisfied as compared to the volume of the work they extract from the employees.

Likes

Work-Life balance is good. You won't be made to work overtime often. Just once in a week or 2 weeks. You get decent to good systems to work on. Chennai office is located within an IT park, so we can get fine snacks and food at the common cafeteria. Optional flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Micromanagement. Hardly any bonuses or appraisals no matter how long you stay with the company. They do not get good clients to work on producing quality work. Eagerness to embrace new tools, technologies and techniques is limited. Second Saturday is considered a working day but since nobody works on that day, they'll force you to use up your 12 sick leaves throughout the year. Flexible working hours is given but it is subjective to your manager's views on timings.

It's entirely control of reporting head hands. No humanity, no proper planning.

This company gives good working environment for the freshers which will help one to kick start their career.

Dislikes

Salary package will be the one. But as a fresher it will be a good place to start and develop the skills. For the experienced people the opinion may vary.

I would like to suggest this company to any fresher who is looking to start their career in publishing. Integra has a good work-life balance and good management staffs/hierarchy subordinates who support their team.

Dislikes

The canteen facility could be better. food in the canteen is very average. HR can be open about the budget allocation to candidates while negotiating salary.
