...nt and hr thinks they are a big deal and treat their subordinates like peasants. The salary is absolutely below the industrial average compared to the work done and no ot pay.

The company is open to send anyone at any time from out of job. It is one of the worst behaviour in this company,There is no job security to any employees.

Compensation is very bad,so growth is also very bad.works pressure is very high .

The thing i like is, i will get salary on time without any issue, they wont give work from home for all, only few people they give, others have to go to office and struggle.

Nowadays we are working six days a week, we have to work overtime without any extra pay, only salary, no Indian holidays, no CL, SL due to covid-19, if we take leave then it is LOP. there is no job security.

The company doesn't look for candidate growth and their health.Work pressure is very high.No composition for Night shifts.these all things which makes candidate to feel disrespected and disappointed.worst company experience for me.Also there is no on- job training for any candidate. ,Hence senoir folks like me have to guide them which makes us pain always.

Discrimination happens inside the team, if at all the project gets increased the pay scale remains same and increases as per the company norms.There is no allowances for OT in our team.There is no team outing or even cafeteria.
