Great Work culture and people. work life balance is amazing. It would be great if they continue allow work from home.

Maybe because weak outlook on prospective projects, there was practically no hike for last three years.

Likes

Good culture. Lot of different and new technologies, so lot of scope for learning. You can transition between teams easily. Hybrid model. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance. Hike and promotion are very less. No job security. There was some layoffs recently.

Learning curve seems easier given all the support from training department.

Dislikes

Work culture feels suffocating sometimes due to inadequate sharing of business between departments and will be asked more frequently to extend shift time to do extra work which feels like charity.

That just recruite interns for the internship period and kick them out just to keep their company alive Clg placement team also will be fine with it because the number of offers increase for them

There is nothing to like but everything to hate

I started my career here and I can assure you that it is one of the best place to start with. Amazing work life balance. The trust that employer have on employees are really great.

Nothing that I could remember. So I believe I didn't had any negative experience that has bothered me a lot.
