Best place for freshers learning and skill development but you are a family man your financial status remain same due to no increment and OT in company policy.

All job are hired temporary or contract basis except top management post. Ready to work in same salary in several years. Biased appraisal. ready to work 10 to 12 hrs daily and most of the Sunday is working not extra salary for OT and Sundays. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
