Best place for freshers learning and skill development but you are a family man your financial status remain same due to no increment and OT in company policy.

All job are hired temporary or contract basis except top management post. Ready to work in same salary in several years. Biased appraisal. ready to work 10 to 12 hrs daily and most of the Sunday is working not extra salary for OT and Sundays. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
