Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

1. Worst company culture i have ever worked with , Safety culture is Zero only production on Top. 2. They provide one time food which comes from Khaki restaurant but the quality of food is worst , food is packed in broken tiffin and if tiffin not available then will be packed in plastic and by consuming this kind of food definitely will suffer from piles. 3. Very Worst GM i have ever met he has no sense of talking, always use abusive words with other staff. 4. Hazardous material is being manufactured in this company but due to lack of safety culture and safety systems everyday there will be Gas inhalation cases occur even there is no FMO only some male nurses are working with lack of medical facilities 5. No infrastructure, No working culture, Nothing is there. 6.Job security is Zero they can fire you anytime without any reason

No, No and No. Don't join. Nothing good to mention. There is no ranking below 1, else that will be best suited. F&F settlement is not given at all. There is game of performance pay from your salary breakup which is expected after 1 year. Mgmt know that no one will stay and you hold the performance pay. Mgmt misbehaviors and many other problems.

Zero. Nothing good to talk about this company. Employee salary cutting is what they targeted.

Dislikes

No cafeteria, canteen is like Tapari, no health insurance as we work in hazardous chemical plant, no safety measures, no PPE, always on short side PPE.
