No cafeteria, canteen is like Tapari, no health insurance as we work in hazardous chemical plant, no safety measures, no PPE, always on short side PPE.

If any body wants to join because of lucrative package, would like to suggest that you should ask for factory visit then only decide

They don't want technocrats, they just want chowkidars to take care of their operations, they take new people but don't want their ideas, they want only persons who can be caught when things go wrong as they don't have any compliance

1. Worst company culture i have ever worked with , Safety culture is Zero only production on Top. 2. They provide one time food which comes from Khaki restaurant but the quality of food is worst , food is packed in broken tiffin and if tiffin not available then will be packed in plastic and by consuming this kind of food definitely will suffer from piles. 3. Very Worst GM i have ever met he has no sense of talking, always use abusive words with other staff. 4. Hazardous material is being manufactured in this company but due to lack of safety culture and safety systems everyday there will be Gas inhalation cases occur even there is no FMO only some male nurses are working with lack of medical facilities 5. No infrastructure, No working culture, Nothing is there. 6.Job security is Zero they can fire you anytime without any reason
