If u r fresher and want to begin ur career in calibration then ur in the right place the salary might be low but it's the best place to begin with i have worked in 3 labs but it's the best for learning no other labs will be this much open source with ther work or documents. They will push u to learn and read standards and documents which u may not even be accessible in other labs. If u wat to learn its the right place
