HR is not employee friendly.they do not prefer bother about shifts employees. And work ethics not as per health care sector or according to GMP and as per established procedure

1) Canteen charges are high. Several times complainted to HR. But no response. 2) Politics is another level. Managers are dump here. They are not supporting their team. 3)No GMP, bad facility, improper management activities. 4) Work culture is very bad. In some shifts one person have to handle one or two batches alone. 5)HR and admin department is very worst. Still they're not updated. Treating employees like rude manner. 6) Company toilets. Sometimes it will remember public toilets. 7)We can punch after 5-10 mins of arrival at office. First security checking, then bag checking(it's terrible checking some times), mobile submission, if holiday we have to write our name in shift register and then finally we have to walk where they kept punching machine (may be in office, may be in HR block or another area). There's no professionalism 8) Celebration are only dedicated for HR department, R&D mostly. Production department have to work 24hrs. No involvement to celebration. Even they conducted winter sports last year, participants played after night shift and first shift mostly.
