...nagement is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working with the team spirit and withe advance technology and E-Bpcr is awesome.

Dislikes

Overtime is not productive either for company or officer,because pay 40rs/hr Is very very low against the higher workload . secondly, the manager force the officer to do overtime, even officer are not willing to do overtime.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
