Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Company give salary revise as per government norms for fresher. All instrument are latest model and 21 cfr. Canteen facility is good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

At the last day of a month salary credited to bank. This feels so good

1. Extra working hrs is too much in intas. 2. I have been clear partiality b/w local and other state employees. 3. Canteen facility is very bad. (Worst experience). No second time filling. 4. Travelling time is too much (3 hrs for up/down) 5. No respect by juniors.

Job security is good as per policy. Working culture is average. Company policies are good. Transportation is average. HR personnel behaviors is not good. Appraisals is good but some partiality done durring Appraisals. Otherwise Company is good for survival.
