Company give salary revise as per government norms for fresher. All instrument are latest model and 21 cfr. Canteen facility is good.

Compny not given salari revise to currently worcking and experience employ. Company Rules for all employ but Rules maker not follow Rules. Reviewer and manager are not updated with updated software and instrument. Canteen food quality is very poor. Management are directly connect with employ.

Only one thing i liked about this company is the salary procedure. Its time to time.no single day delay.

Wrost management, not supportive department HOD, not satisfied increment even good performance.not proper shift management by team leader. Work life balance disturbance.

Discrimination in HR policies about salary and pay scale Everyday misbehaviour of Security Staff. Discrimination in Shaving Policies Bad Canteen Facilities Bad Traveling Facilities / Dirty buses and no washing of Bus.

Dislikes

More can be done with respect to lab infrastructure, and technology development. People need to be more professional with respect to communication , managerial training should be enforced for senior managers. Rude behaviour towards new comers which eventually leads to early attrition . Supporting functions need to be more responsible and vigilant.

...nagement is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
