they are not providing PF account for employee if you are a fresher and joining to this company pls ask them to provide PF account, which is helpful for your future and also for BGV they are not giving offer letter at the time of joining when you going to reliving they'll threaten you these peoples are not even responding for (BGV) Background verification don't believe anyone in this company, they will act as friendly but they show the real face later there is no job security

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
