Only dislike is that the Medical Transcription business runs 24 x 7, which is the requirement of the business and part and parcel of the job.

Regular Pizza parties, canteen and office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Politics is too much. You can see positive feedbacks as well but trust me that would have been done by closed one's of Manager or by Manager itself. Talking about Support department, pathetic and toxic work culture is there. Senior Manager past experience is also questionable and he don't know how to tackle the team. Always fake promises are made which they never fulfill. For sure, good place to join if you have enough peace of mind and now want to loose it by joining here.

All things are controlled by 4 - 5 people in management, they rule everything.

There are lot of politics in interviews too, They don't have any capable person who has good skills to ask skilled or proper questions. They want to make their dependencies that's why they reject skilled people. And they give wrong feedback to HR after taking interview.

I really inspired by my colleagues they are too much supportive. Nice festival celebration. You will get torture when you will put resign against their will.

Dislikes

Never accept any thing ,No management, No Structure, No work life balance(Before 1 day of release , they provide tremendous changes.).I have survived many nights there.Otherwise, We have to complete 9 hours their otherwise your half day gonna cut. Only best thing their is your teammates,Even director have no sense of talk and highly unfriendly.
