An excellent initiative especially for the women as you can work on Flexible hours. You Don't need to go Office every day . You need to visit the Corporate , Deliver the Training and Get a Great Feedback . During other days you have just sufficient amount of work that you need to keep yourself busy and for your self learning & growth . The Mentor's and other help is present to guide you through the journey . If you have a Great Communication Skills , Passion to Learn New Technology , Like to Deliver in front of people this is your place . You have excellent working professional , mentors and other who can take you through the journey , share the learning and help you Deliver . Awesome . I just enjoy working this.
