...k in the ESG team. Very good work culture. Work life balance is one of the best. good Salary hike given on new hire, but yearly appraisals are less than 10% on average. Not much learning opportunities but work is good and bosses are not micro managing.

Good people to work with. Good benefits. Good Job security. Flexible timings. Good amount of leaves.

Dislikes

Poor bonus. Compensation is affected due to recent acquisitions. Good work is only verbally appreciated, not much difference in terms of compensation. Average cafeteria.

...ed to your work profile. Participation in outside conferences, sessions is poor. Salary and appraisal is pretty much steady and increment(excess) depends on the company performance.

Not much innovation, as most projects are related to maintenance and small client requested enhancements. Only a couple teams are working on building new stuff and experimenting. Office politics plays a major role. Work-life balance for some teams is poor.
