while i relish the challenges at irte, i must admit, the middle management sometimes resemble, a rubik cube, a bit puzzling, getting everyone on the same track feels, like herding cats, but we'll get there marketing adventure

There is no growth or a particular hierarchy. Staff count is low. Experience gained here is not widely recognised and you have to make efforts to let it not go in vein.

the owners are good at heart but the functionality of the organisation is highly unprofessional.

Dislikes

the work profile given to an engineer is same as that of a person who is not even a graduate. moreover. this is only an ngo where a person might want to work to get a social work certificate. in terms of employee welfare one should not expect any free transport, soft skill training, team outings etc. that one might find in any other other company.
