Fixed schedule includes travelling which enhances life experiences.

A bit unprofessional work environment. Sometimes the travelling schedule becomes hectic.

I work as a Road Safety Auditor at I.R.T.E. Additional responsibilities include detailed analysis and report preparation not just audit reports but also the various workshops conducted on road safety and policy improvement.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Teamates are great and you get to witness some important world class level meetings.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is no growth or a particular hierarchy. Staff count is low. Experience gained here is not widely recognised and you have to make efforts to let it not go in vein.
