Best hospital in Bhubaneswar after AIIMS bhubaneswar.there was more than 1500 beds all icu department available.Ans STAFFs are good in behaviour.

Dislikes

Only salary.Due to less salary staffs are not recommending this hospital for their juniors.

Overall Sum hospital is the best private hospital in odisha. I'm feel proud to be a staff of the hospital and student also. Work experience is too good and patient care is best in sum hospital.

Salary is not satisfied but otherwise it's the best hospital in odisha.

Sum hospital is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I glad to say that I am a part of team that reliable and provide high quality care to client

Dislikes

In this hospital work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours in a day. Manager d not value an individuals unique strengts.Also, there is no on job training for fresher's hence senior folk's like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.

Sum hospital is a growing hospital . Service is better than other healthcare industry. It is best healthcare industry for learning . Administration is better than others . Environment is far better for patients and services are provided a best quality for patients. Learning is the main Moto of IMS and sum hospital . It is growing hospitality industry . It has a ambition of treating poor people . I am oblige for having a part of these team.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
